item not working spend 2 days getting the tension right and felt this was not a gift i could give to a beginner if it was so difficult to get working. how do i get the warranty stopped as i no longer have the sewing machine

A quality machine by a highly regarded manufacturer.
I am delighted with this machine which I have used several times, experimenting initially, then taking up hems on the curtains which my wife bought but declined to use the machine, hence my efforts were necessary!
