Ordered from Amazon and arrived today (took 2 days to deliver), there were so many great reviews on this product which normally I don't trust since been burnt before on just trusting reviews, but these straps are outstanding. I been using straps for decades in my trucks to secure various things and these are quick/easy compared to ratchet straps and locking mechanism has a ton of teeth on them that our throughout the mechanism (not just on the very end of the clip like I seen on other products I used in the past). once locked it doesn't budge and release causes zero damage to the material. Also, lifetime warranty which is why I went with this compared to others since they build their product to last (won't be cost effective to build with cheap parts and have to satisfy a ton of warranty claims) and they stand behind their product. extremely satisfied and wish all companies made stuff to last versus cheap stuff that ends up in landfills! if you need straps buy these, you won't regret,

These tie down are pretty strong. Strap material is good thickness for strength. The buckle is heavy and grips very well.

These are amazing. Once they are strapped down, they are not coming loose. Holds my kayak on top of my car doing 70 on the highway crossing the mountains and it does not move. With the ratchet straps, the front of my kayak would move left or right about 5 to 6 inches. Always made me paranoid. With these, I have no worries on how good they will hold. Thick and well built, these were an excellent investment.

New to having roof racks and a vehicle that i could install them even newer having to use them . I finally pulled the trigger after selling my last kayak to my parents when they moved away to Texas with the only vehicle i felt comfortable carrying them (truck) , recently got a new vehicle that could support it kinda funny kinda silly I liked the name bison ( like my parents saying good bye son) and the reviews were really good so I’m like let’s give em a shot they are sturdy strong and very nicely made. I was a bit hesitant at first swearing i could hear my dads voice in my head more ratchet straps son but these clip type ones did the trick ( I didn’t see an instruction guide in it ) but YouTube is a thing and they were easier than ratchet straps without the did I slide that in the right section problems I would run into with the crank system ones.SHORT Version Bison is this sons approved straps for traveling with his kayak.

Great straps keep my kayak nice and stable barely move after a 4 hours trip.

I used this set to tie down a canoe and was pleased with the result. They've been put to the test for short trips (local stop/go driving + highway speeds) and they held up very well. The cam buckle didn't slip at all which was my biggest concern. I'll be using these for the canoe on an upcoming longer trip and have faith that they'll do just fine.Overall, I'm quite happy with these. I trust them for light loads (most passenger vehicle cargo) and they are a great value at this price for a 4-pack.I docked the product 1 star due to the "Heavy Duty" claims. I've used a wide variety of straps before, and these are not heavy duty with regards to the competition. Specifically, the straps are thinner, as is the metal used in the cam buckles.

Needed some long straps to carry paddleboards and a kayak on my roof rack at the same time. These work great. Thanks Bison!

Great price, great materials, great company, make sure to inspect stitching prior to accepting the item first package arrived with stitching on one strap not aligned and 1 of 4 straps was useless. Contacted the company and they resolved by sending replacement. Will look forward to buying from this company again.
