Lightning Fast
This is the first time I'm using compact flash type A cards. My new camera can use either them or traditional SD cards. These are 3 times faster than the fastest SD cards. 10 times faster than your average SD card. They are very expensive though. I shoot continuous photos and my camera rarely buffers and I shoot raw with a 61 Mb camera. When I bought my new camera, I bought 2 80gb cards and they set me back another $350.

This item is as described. It's performance is excellent. It is compatible with my Sony a7. I just hate that they are so expensive.

Perfect for Sony FX30
Perfect for Sony FX30 love these cards can do high resolution and slo mo with them as well! Not too large on storage for those codecs but you get the point

Why the 5-rating?
These are very fast cards. They’re smaller, their capacity is average, and I can’t comment of the build yet. Yes they are eye-watering expensive. So why the rating? Hi megapixel cameras like my Sony A1 produce huge files. It takes other SD cards, even the faster ones, a long time for the files to download. Thee files on these SD cards down load so much faster - like 30 minutes + faster. It’s amazing! Then too they allow you to take advantage of the camera’s ultra high speed 30 FPS burst mode, which I’ve not had a need for yet.

Expensive but fast
Extremely fast, but allows essentially bufferless shooting on the Sony A7 IV. Worth it if you're shooting a lot of action. I would really have hoped that CFExpress card prices would have come down in price by now but these are high end cards targeted at high end users, so it's unlikely they'll ever reach the same commodity status as SD cards.

Stabile, sehr schnelle Karte - sehr gut zu handhaben.

Great if you shoot high fps. Must have for sports, your buffer will clear much quicker

Ya pay what you get! It does the job. I instantly put it in my FX30, did some video test, and my videos came out golden. If you want the FULL quality image experience from your cinema line camera, and to use all the features that comes with them, get this card. I may order another one cause one is not enough! Fantastic product.

Got this for my Sony A7Rv (61mp full frame camera). There is next to no buffer and I don't have a need for large capacity. So far, this is holding up well in durability. I've had one bad experience with a different CF Express Type A card where the files got corrupted and I couldn't retrieve them. No issues with this one thus far. Worth the price. I will get another as the Sony A7RV has dual slot cards.
