I purchased it for my home after getting sick of water being wasted because we were turning off the water pump only after hearing the overflowing water sound all these years.So, even though the alarm came with it’s own water level detection system, I didn’t use that. I connected it to the new floater system (purchased separately) which works well.This alarm system requires only 2 AA batteries (does not come with the package). The two wires are non-polar. You should not connect them to any power source. You need to turn on the switch of the alarm at the time of turning on the water pump. It announces the message “The water tank is full. Please turn off the water supply” first in Hindi and then in English in a well-tuned tone and volume. You can’t adjust the volume level but it is neither too loud nor too low. When you are turning off the pump, you need to turn off the alarm as well. Otherwise, it will continue to chime the message over and over.A customer service agent from the company called me asking for feedback and informing me that this alarm system comes with 6 months of warranty and informing me of the customer service contact number. I guess they got my number from Amazon order.Overall - a great product! It is easy to setup, easy to use and is doing it’s job well so far (for the past 2 weeks).Edit: The alarm stopped working after one full year of dedicated service. The floater is fine. It’s the circuit that died. I got excellent service from it so I’ll be ordering another one.

Intermittent working.Sirens sometime well on time but sometimes does not even after overflow.

Overall product is good and working fine. They should provide extra wire to attach the sensor with alarm.

This is worst water over flow alarm i have used, my third one it has many flaws.1 it is very bulky it is very thick as compared to other water overflow alarm2 quality is very poor3 sound is very less4 the light indicator is very poor emits very less lightThe product came is very loose the party are not prperly fixed low quality material used

The media could not be loaded.  Looks good, working properly, audio sound level good, sensor working through long distance wire ( I tried 30 meter), but switch is so ordinary, body materials ordinary, I dought about longevit.

Really recommended product for sending overflow water in tank.Really a worth product and ease to install just by joining/connecting wires from top tank(Sensor) to the sound bar.

The device looks good, but has some problems:1) The speaker appears to be on the backside (facing the wall) - which is likely to affect the intensity of the alarm sound.2) The starting sound is not loud, gradually it intensifies to a somewhat OK level. But by that time, some water would have been wasted if the initial sounds are missed.More importantly,the device started missing the alarms, even when the tank was full, within a few days. This is probably a problem with this type of switch, as I had found my surge protector with this type of switch to malfunction.

It is quite nice product with enough volume to sound.
