I recommend!
I do recommend these weighted ankle straps; they are exactly as shown in the photo. I bought the 3-kilo ones, the Velcro is very strong, and they fit quite snugly. This works for me because I have small bones, and I don't feel like they will fall off.They weigh what they say they weigh and are suitable for all types of exercise.

Not accurate weight
The product is well made; comfortable and sturdy but highly inaccurate. The bags should be 500g and they range from 523 to 599, which is quite a large difference. If the weight was accurate I'd give this a solid 5*

Velcro strap could be longer
Yes very good value and does the job but my only criticism would be that the velcro straps could be a little longer for someone using them recovering from knee operation with swollen ankle

my physio suggested i get leg weights, these are well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. Die Gewichte halten durch den Klettverschluss ziemlich gut und sind an den Gelenken Recht effektiv. Die verschiedenen Trainings können mit den extra Gewichten solide durchgeführt werden. Bei manchen übungen kann es störend sein. Das pink ist mit persönlich zu grell.

Kraftsport ja, joggen nein
Ich wollte sie Manschetten zum joggen benutzen, dafür sind sie nicht geeignet. Durch viel Bewegung reibt es an der Haut. Für Sport zuhause machen sie sich gut.

Sehr guter Tragekonfort, nach 2 bis 3 Wochen nicht mehr zu spüren. Ausserdem 20 Kilo runter 😉
