Hereby sharing my piece of mind to detail my personal experience in trail, sincerely hoping for necessary actions be taken to stop sub standard sellers like these. On the contrary, this review should at least warn prospective buyers of this material in the future.Initially, the package was delivered with some missing parts, for which the replacement was ordered.The replacement came, which literally showed up like a pile of garbage!!!1. It was never a new material. None of the materials resembled far to being new. In fact, all items seemed to have taken out from their respective plastic envelopes, and stubbed into the courier box for some name sake.2. The cloth literally seemed like it was picked up from a laundry basket, all crushed from inside out3. Some of the PVC pipes came deformed and broken even, and was completely piled up with dust.4. Balls came deformed.5. In addition, a ton of connectors loaded here and there, making itself a DIY project to identify the same on the first hand.I seized myself from exploring further and taking materials out from the box even, fearing presence of Covid-19 virus, as entire deliverables seemed manhandled with bare hands, similar to how we stub dirty clothes into our rug sacks while boarding to home from work on a long weekend.I was literally dejected on the approach of the seller.- First of all, this deal wasn't a charity.- I had shelled down 750 INR, which isn't a small amount either.- This is a product for Kids, which should ideally meet the bare minimum quality standards as per the price point at least. Amazon has to administer strict sanity checks on its deliverables for sure, if they prefer to enjoy the trust they've build since decades.- There is an ethics which a seller ought to serve to its customers especially on renowned online platforms like Amazon. We who opt for a purchase paying respective amount upfront, believing the description and images of the product advertised having relying on the brand name of Amazon are really being deceived.- Personally it hurt my feelings a lot, having my son beside while unboxing who was eagerly waiting to play with this, which all went in vein.I never faced such a situation in online shopping ever, forcing me to come up with such cold reviews. Utterly disappointed!!!
