Sops up everything,dries fast!
These are the best! I love that they dry so fast. There is no chance they will get mildewy or gross. They seem to be, for the most part stain resistant too. I make a lot of Indian food with turmeric. If you spill while making the food and use these, all you have to do is put a little soap on them and rinse them out. They are amazing!

So Cheerful and Bright and Work Well!
Swedish dishcloths are something new to me. I have always been a homemade dishcloth person, but when I saw how cute these were and read some reviews on them I decided to try them myself. I must say that I am impressed! Like other Swedish dishcloth reviews state, these are super absorbent and they drink up spills fast. As far as texture goes, when they are dry they are stiff like a piece of cardboard but as soon as you get them wet they become soft and pliable. They work great for washing dishes and wiping surfaces. The thing that I like best about them is that when I use them to wipe down my stainless steel sink after doing dishes, I don’t have to dry it with a towel afterwards; these absorb the water and leave my sink streak free. As far as washing them, I wash mine in the laundry in warm water. They shrink just a bit, but not much. Also you can hang dry or dry them in the dryer. If you hang dry them they will return to their normal square shape, but if you put them in the dryer, they get hard and misshapen, but as soon as you get them wet again, they return to their original size and softness. I love all the cute and cheerful looking designs!! The only negative, I think, is that I do find that if you have a lot of crumbs that you are trying to wipe up, that they don’t really pick up crumbs as well as a regular dishcloth, so you have to just kind of slide the crumbs into your hand when wiping counters and tables. If you are a sponge person, then that is probably just the norm for you, so you won’t at all be disappointed when you try these.

Totally lives up to the hype!
I got this and wasn’t sure if it would be all that people said it would - but it was! It really is super absorbent, and it stays clean so much better than regular dish towels. It’s like a cross between a sponge and a dish towel - absorbent and strong enough for me to use to scrub the stove, but still easy to use to wipe down counters. My favorite thing about it is that it dries so quickly so that at the end of the night I wash with dish soap, pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then just leave it out to dry and in the morning it is hard - completely dried out and back to being a hard piece of cardboard like thing that doesn’t smell and doesn’t take the funk that dish clothes do. I’ve been using the same one for weeks now and still no smell!I wouldn’t mind if it was a little larger in size but it works well as it is too. I can wipe down everything (dining table, high chair, stove, counters) every night with it and it’s holding up really well.Didn’t try one of the more expensive brands but I’m happy with this one that seems to be living up to all the hype. I’m going to order one for my mom to start using too.

Turns out Swedish dishcloths are very handy indeed!
I didn't know why these were supposed to be great but now I do! Yes! They absorb very well. Much better than your other dishclothes by far. Yes! They do dry quickly and don't acquire that nasty "sponge smell". After many uses without throwing in the washing machine they are still fresh. Yes! They are tough. The plant fiber really holds it form and doesn't let food attach to it. I haven't used as a house cleaning rag so can't attest to their toughness for those kinds of jobs. But I don't see any signs of wear even after using for 2 weeks. The shape it dries in can be odd but well worth all the benefits. And they are very soft and pliable when wet. And soap suds Very well for lots of use and easy cleaning. I just fold them in squares after laundering and they tuck in the drawer nicely. And I told them in half to dry on the faucet so it doesn't get in the way of the sprayer and it doesn't fall off either because the stiff shape holds it there. So... Yes! I highly recommend buying these. I don't use the old dishrags anymore at all. I now have Swedish dishclothes as a much improved replacement!
