This stuff tastes really good, just like any apple cider you’d willing drink. It also works great for cold symptoms. Almost instantly helps cough, sore throat, chills, aches, sneezing, all the fun stuff that comes with a common cold. Usually lasts about 6 hours for me. The effect of drinking a warm/hot drink seems to assist in making you feel better.

I will start off by saying that as a kid, teenager, and let's be honest even as an adult, I could not stand drinking lemon Thera Flu. Although I knew, it would help me significantly, I would nearly gag with each sip trying to get that hot, bold lemon taste down my throat.So when I found this Apple Cinnamon flavor in a drugstore one day, if it had been a movie, you would have heard angels singing and seen a ray of sunshine brake through the clouds and shine down onto the box like it was a gift from God. That part didn't actually happen but I do think it was a gift from God for me!When I axiouly tried it, oh my goodness it's not only bearable but actually tastes GOOD! So ever since then I can get better quickly without feeling more sick than I already was.I buy it here because it's difficult to find at drugstores and I never want to be out of stock. If you can't deal with lemon flavor and need to feel better quick, definitely try the Apple Cinnamon!

When my husband gets the flu, his symptoms are body aches and chills, but what concerns me is the recurring fever. At night time he would burn up and by daytime the fever breaks. The cycle keep repeating itself for days. We tried different OTC brands, most brands didn't work for him except one. Before I found the one that worked, we would usually end up taking him to see a doctor after a few days. I came across this while browsing amazon actually looking for another OTC product that we had success treating his flu. Read the positive reviews and the price was cheaper than the brand that I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try. Recently he came down with the symptoms of the flu on a Saturday, I quickly made him the tea. The first time, the tea was too hot, had a hard time drinking it, because you had to finish the cup within 15 minutes. The second time I made it with half a cup of boiled water and half a cup of room temperature water to make it lukewarm. He drank it down in a few minutes. The first night I noticed he still had body aches but did not have recurring fever like usual. He continued to have three more teas on Sunday. By Sunday night he was pretty much back to health. Even joked that why did I give him this tea, he was looking forward to calling in sick.

The combination of the cold medicine and drinking it as a hot steamy drink is really a game changer for me. It worked really well for me to help mitigate my symptoms. The flavor isn't going to be like my favorite ice cream, but its far better than a lot of cold medicines that are out there.

This flavor works well for a sore throat, and slightly-sleepy and slightly-less-stuffy feeling seems to happen more quickly than when I take pills or capsules with the same active ingredients. I always keep some of this on hand for when a cold strikes.I like this flavor much more than other versions of Theraflu. The others that I've tried have a disagreeable fake lemon, medicinal taste. This apple cinnamon flavor tastes more like sweet warm cider. In my opinion it's a slightly too sweet - reminds me of one of those artificially sweetened instant oatmeal flavors - but then that may help a sore throat.One thing that I don't love about this is that it doesn't seem to dissolve all that evenly. Even when the water is boiling hot, and it's stirred well, some gritty sediment settles to the bottom of the cup, so when you get to the end there's an overly concentrated last sip. You could not drink that last sip, but then you might not be getting all the medicine. So... mostly this is a great product - just stir well and expect the last sip to be a little strong.

I've been taking this flavor of TheraFlu for over a decade now, and also gave it to my elderly father and young daughter. I shipped this order to her at school because it's the only cold medicine she'll take - same with Dad. Brew it like tea an hour before bed, and the next morning you'll feel much better!

It was the first time I've ever used theraflu and it past my expectations. I work for an company that is an pharmacy as an front cashier. As an cashier I've noticed how often theraflu has being purchased so I wanted to try it whenever I got sick. So when I noticed I caught the sore throat again. I decided to price match amazon and the store I work at which I found out it was cheaper on amazon by 4-5 dollars. But I wish it could have gotten delivered a bit faster since I had to work with an sore throat for 2 days. But its not big deal to me since I've saved 4 dollars. I'm glad it worked like an charm I've ended up only having to use 3 bags of tea but of course I used medicine which could have also been the reason why I gotten better within the week

This seriously tastes like garbage. I had to dump a half a bottle of honey in it to make it taste somewhat decent. But goodness does IT WORK! I used 4 of the 6 packets after nearly dying for a week waiting for this to ship (I am cheap-I don't pay for Prime and I don't pay for shipping) so I tried every other stupid cough medicine I had lying around while I waited. Nothing worked. I only bought this because people said it worked. And it sure does! My horribly achey sore throat and nagging cough were gone in just two days (I used 2 packets a day, one in the morning and one before bed). Aside from the flavor, these things are just miraculous.
