Reliving my childhood
Just like I remember from the 1970s. Easy to put together and flew great! Looking to share with my grandkids. Good, clean fun!!!

Great product. Just like the good old days!
Got them for my grandson. He loves them. Broke a couple and came to realize they are semi fragile. But that’s the way they were when I was a kid. Great toy to learn a little aerodynamics.

Adorable for my Boys Nursery
Painted them black and used command strips to attach to our sons wall/map.The airplanes themselves are super lightweight and flimsy, hence the price, but for a safe decor over his crib they’re perfect. Love these so much!

Grand kids had fun with them
I used to play with these planes as a kid and had fun with them. So thought should be fun for the grandkids and it was. But out of the 5 planes one was cracked right out of the box (bag) Does not look like it was shipping but just a bad plane. At the price of these things now it is a big deal. I also remember them being a bit more sturdy. The planes were pretty much done in by the kids in a couple hours of throwing. But all in all not a bad purchase and kept the kids active outside instead of on the computers.

A timeless classic
I remember having so much fun with these when I was young. I could not wait to share this with my grandson, but when I went to the store, they were nowhere to be found. Thank goodness for Amazon.Balsa wood is very fragile, but these are as robust as they can be, and still fly. The graphics are excellent and the performance is excellent. My grandson and I are making lasting memories every time we take these little planes into the yard.

Wings not same
These planes are fun for my grandson BUT the tail fin and wings are not the same thickness as the front wings so they do not stay in the slots. He isn’t happy they fall apart after every flight. If they were made using the same balsa wood as the front wings they would get a higher rating. Because of this they glide just okay (sometimes) but the tail pieces need to be inserted every time. They were however packaged to avoid breakage as stated. Would probably not buy again.

Yikes
I was very disappointed in the balsa wood airplanes of today. Who would have thought that balsa wood could be shaved thinner than it was when I was a child! Sooo thin shaven that to put the wings and tail section together requires an adult with a steady hand because the balsa wood shreds. Children are not able to assemble themselves without damaging the set. This is not talking about 3-6 year old's either, a 10 year old broke his immediately trying to assemble. Then the bugger wouldn't fly! The metal clip on the nose caused the plane to take a nose dive no matter how high you threw it. I am talking about boys age 10 and up!! Never will again buy these!!!
