Will these damage paint

I have stuck this on both my car doors. There has not been an opportunity or reason to pull out, but as I was sticking them on, I see that it has a film of regular glue/adhesive which does not seem like anything that will damage the paint, unless the paint is cracking/brittle. I read somewhere that is there is a need to pull it off for good, iyoy may use tooth flossing strings, and pull them between the the glued area.

How easy are these to remove? Do they cause damage after removal? Can they be reused after removed once?

Pretty easy! In my case, I had to take it out to repositioning and after that the paint was oK.

Are these easy to remove without leaving residue?

Yes. Using "oops" sold at autozone or pepboys. "Googone" sucks

Is five enough for all the areas

Hi. These come in packs of 4 presumably for a 4 door vehicle. Can you specify what you mean by "all the areas"? These are meant to be placed at the edge of each door of the vehicle to serve as a buffer against banging the door edges to walls, other cars or just any surface against it to prevent scratches to the edge of the door. For example, my driveway is somewhat narrow which doesn't give enough room for my vehicle door to open all the way causing scuffs and scratches to the edge of my door until I purchased these guards, I no longer have that problem.
