Q: What is the difference between this pillow and the other two pillows offered by Medslant?

The MedSlant Plus and the MedSlant Breathe are the same wedge - USA made of Certi-Pur US hypoalergenic polyureathane foam with a 1" overlay of memory foam. Both are 28 wide x 31 long x 7 high. Both come with a zippered, washable microfiber cover. The Plus also includes a zippered, washable, poly cotton cover. The Breathe includes a zippered, washable, allergen barrier encasement that protects agains dust mites, bed bugs, pollulants. The MedSlant Cool is the same wedge with the microfiber cover but also includes a zippered, washable cool cover - fabric that absorbs body heat on contact and releases it when the contact is broken so it is ready to absorb heat again. All covers are washable and removeable. We also have two folding wedges - that are 24 wide x 32 long x 7 high that include washable, removeable zippered covers, one an allergen barrier encasement, an extra cover that goes on like a fitted sheet, and a zippered handled travel bag. Q: I see that you allow pillows to be returned. Do you sell pillows that have been returned?

No. We never sell any wedge that has left our facility whether it is returned opened or not. Any returns are destroyed or donated. We also work with our customers to make the return process simple. We follow all of Amazon return policies which include accepting returns. All of our wedges are made by the oldest and largest foam fabricator in the US. They ship only new products which are compressed, boxed, and sealed at the foam fabricator.

Q: Would like to buy an extra cover. Is this available?

Q: Is there a strong smell?

I have not noticed any smell at all. Love my pillow!!
