Turned a Skeptic in to a believer
First of All I wanted to say that I am the world’s biggest sceptic of things like this. I was sufferingfrom really bad muscle tension, and my doctor suggested this type of Item. He warned me to expectto pay over 50.00. I bought this item thinking that it would be a waste of money. However after using this Item it was well worth the money. For someone suffering from my type of muscle pain this thingis the best. Sure if your muscles are knotted it may hurt a little bit but that’s what has to happen to loosen the muscles up. I use it twice a day in the morning and night it has cut the muscle pain in myarms and hands down by ¾. Im glad I bought this Item, and would do it again. It saved me moneyand does a fantastic job

Not worth it
The wand is too long to really get around the back of the hamstring very well. I bought this for my husband who has really tight hamstrings. I wish the wand wasn't so long so it would be easier to use on more of the body.

Good product.
Good product. Wish there were a video on how to use it though, i.e. level of pressure to use, etc. My physical therapist worked me over with it and it killed!!! But I can't do that myself, so a little "how to" training would be helpful.

Stick it to me
Meh. This is probably better for the elderly or the informed who will still benefit from muscle movement and massage. After using this and the textured roller at the gym, I now know I would rather use the textured foam roller. It's more expensive, but worth the investment. Here is an example of how the stick roller ranks: I brought it with me on my trip to New Zealand shortly after ordering it. I didn't use it once. On my return to the states I was told my luggage was overweight and was given a choice of paying an additional $250 or getting the weight down. The Vigor fitness Stick Roller was the first to go. Someone in New Zealand is using it now, scratching their head and thinking there must be a better way. To Vigor's credit - and if you are in the market specifically for a stick roller and you know what you are getting into, the quality and construction of this product is excellent.

Left bruises
This was so painful. I was excited to try this on my husband as he has back issues. I told him to try it on me first to see if it was going to be something useful on his back. I am sorry I did. I had bruises all up and down my back. It doesn't distribute pressure well at all. The design of the rollers needs much work. It went straight into the trash.I reviewed this item in exchange for a discount in price.

I wasn't sure this product would work, but it ...
I wasn't sure this product would work, but it does, and even my husband, often skeptical, said, "Hey, this thing really works!" It massages your muscles and truly helps to detox your body. If you stay stressed, if you have trouble with inflammation, can't sleep, or are just trying to upgrade your health, try this! It gets your circulation going and is an important part of detoxing.

eh... It's alright... Squeaky rollers..
Roller squeaks while using. The quality is ok but could be better. The rollers feel cheap. The handles are nice and comfortable.

Helps with getting a good massage on big areas of soreness
Helps with getting a good massage on big areas of soreness. The only gripe i have is that you have to loosen up the rollers if you have a lot of hair on the parts of the body you are rolling, or the hair will get caught between the rollers and pull them out.
