I really liked purchasing the option to get the oxygen absorbers that are sold in compartments of 10 or 20. That way, you can vaccum seal or process in groups of 10 or 20 and not have to worry about what to do with the rest of the items that are in larger bulk bags. I like this and it works great. We pack and plan in groups of 10 and then open the oxygen absorber compartment at the end and seal all in as little time as necessary, rather than opening and doing it one at a time. This gives the absorber less time to absorb. Great products and I appreciated the helpful hint on the website of which size to buy (50 CC, 100CC, 300 CC, etc) depending on the size of the product you are storing. Very economical price as well and thank you for the coupon!

I have purchased cheaper oxygen absorbers in packs of 100. But then you have to repackage them to preserve them. Since they can’t be left out in the open long. You can put them in jars. But sometimes I’m not sure how well it’s sealed or if the last absorbers I use have been exposed to the air so much that they may be less effective. So at this point, if I buy more it will be in packs of ten. I sometimes seal them with a food saver machine. But the plastic bags for the food saver I think can work out to being more expensive than buying them already packaged in 10 packs.

One thing I did not know before buying Oxygen absorbers the first time is that you have about a two minute window to use all of the absorbers and seal whatever they're in before they are no longer useful or can absorb (once they are exposed to oxygen for longer than a few minutes they are useless) I should have realized this, but I didn't. So if you buy oxygen absorbers that aren't individually packaged or packaged in smaller quantities, you better have a plan or you will have a lot wasted. This is the smallest quantity I have found. They're more expensive this way, but better than wasting all of them.

These are great for taking the air out of 1 quart jars of dry goods. I use these in conjunction with my food saver mason jar sealer, and they have extended the life of my saved foods exponentially. So far each absorber I have used from this order has been soft, so in perfect condition. I love the fact that they are in individually sealed groups of 10 so I can use one small packet at a time without compromising the function of all the others

Love the fact that I can use a much smaller amount. I have purchased the (100) packs from other companies and found it much harder to use all of them at once without them getting wasted before finishing the project. This way you can work on a much smaller scale (10) at a time and not waste any of them. Great product definitely does the job. BTW this company has fast delivery and definitely cares about customer satisfaction 100 %. If your not happy their not happy. Trust me, this is my go to company for all of my prepping needs. Ordered on 17DEC15 and they got here today, 22DEC15 - very quick shipping, especially during the Christmas rush. The ten packs of ten is an especially useful and well thought-out packaging method. All of the pink indicators in the sealed packages were pink, and both of the indicators in the two packages I opened and used today turned blue not long after they'd been exposed to the atmosphere, so they're doing what they're supposed to do.The manufacturer provides a very helpful info sheet that should answer any and all questions the consumer might have.Because I'm a 'Belt and Suspenders' kind o' guy (my good lady wife says 'Obsessive-Compulsive Anal Retentive Paranoiac') I used two of the 100cc oxygen absorbers per one quart mason jar of dry foodstuffs, and then vacuum-sealed the jars.I've used several different types of O2 absorbers previously, but I like these the best so far. When I need more, these are the ones I'll get.

What we liked about this brand is how they package the absorbers in packs of 10. This keeps the unused absorbers fresh while you're busy filling and sealing bags.

I like the fact that these absorbers came in small quantities. That way, I could unwrap just 10 at a time compared to 100 all at once.
