The media could not be loaded. Such a fun book for kids. My 2 year old loves it! He specifically asked to see lobsters at the aquarium after reading this book. Definitely a frequent read in our house.

This is MY absolute favorite book, I will beg my toddler to let me read it to him. It’s my go-to for baby shower gifts now too! It’s so cute, the pictures are beautiful and fun and the rhymes are so catchy. I love all of the books my this author! Highly recommend.

Durable, colorful and cute

The media could not be loaded. The rhyming in this book is excellent and it’s so fun to go through so many water creatures. You can find a million farm books but there’s only one Commotion in the Ocean!

I bought this book as well as Rumble in the Jungle for a retired teacher who volunteered to lead family groups in writing poetry. She had several very young participants and asked if I could help her research appropriate books to fit her lesson plan for poetry being a fun expression of our natural world. She was thrilled with this book as well as Rumble in the Jungle. They are both beautifully illustrated and the poetry is a delight!
