Why did you pick this product vs others?: कोई मत खरीदना मुझे ख़ुद पछतावा है घटिया सर्विस, बत्तमीज कर्मचारी बार बार कम्प्लेन पर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है

Fitting is good but at the time of repairing it is a big issue to repair because I think fitting is fitted permanently. So can't repair.

मेरे वर्ना कुलर का फैनन टूट गया है, लोकल मार्केट से लेकर आसपास के शहरों में ढूंढते रह गया कहीं भी यह फैन नहीं मिला। कस्टमर केयर में फोन करता हूं तो उचित रिस्पांस नहीं मिलता। भूल कर भी यह कुलर नहीं खरीदियेगा भाई लोग। मैं इतना परेशान हो गया के लास्ट में या रिव्यू लिख रहा हूं। जब स्पेयर पार्ट्स ही नहीं मिलेगा तो इसको लेकर करना क्या? कबाड़ में पड़ा हुआ है सिर्फ एक फैन के बिना।

Please don't purchased it's, because it's service very poor and always replace other old part's if any complaints not respond customer call

Bought 100ltr version from local market, Built quality is far better than Symphony and major cooler brands....I bought it after one year of watching this last year while searching for cooler and made my mind better to wait for a year and buy the best one... Good Plastic and built quality... Better motors Fan/Water and other electric feetings... Honey Comb with good air through.... Noise free operation is the best feature that other Brands may hv failed to deliver

I have bought this cooler couple of years ago. The cooler is very bad. Service and parts will be the major issues. You will not get any spare parts outside market and customer service centre will not respond for service request. Kindly don't buy this company coolers and don't waste your money. It's always better to buy quality local made/non brand coller. Local technicians suggested to sell under scrap and I sold it under scrap, got Rs.125.

The varna cooler is very bad cooler. The shimphony, usha, hewwells, crompton are better than varna
