Purchased mainly for work purposes.I have been looking for a backpack with compartments for a while. Paid a lot for other brands. Decided to look on amazon and found this. Extremely pleased. Have been using it for few weeks now. Has so many compartments. I don’t use the laptop side, usually use it to put bits and bobs. Haven't used the usb feature yet.It’s a good size. Has a cool key feature. Often I can never find my keys in my bags, but you can attach it to a hook and detach it too. Mesh sides to put water bottle. The actual strands to go over the shoulder and sides are well padded so it does not dig on you like some other backpacks.Have used it during heavy rain post heatwave in London. It’s Waterproof, however found water stays on the bag for a bit, regardless the contents inside the backpack were dry.It’s a decent bag. Great for work /school.

Good product will recommend if you want something quality based item

It's decent product, at reasonable price. Durable and looks good too. Have enough compartments for gadgets and accessories with regular college stuff or few pairs of clothing.

Very comfortable and spacious backpack. Plenty of pockets. Comes with usb charging port to connect your powerbank and phone.Suitable for work and travelling. I like it.

Bag looks great and the material feels good. Love the USB port for travelling and using a power bank. Much less faffing around.Very happy.
