I hurt my back lifting several days ago and it has been slow to heal. For the interim, I tried my old motocross kidney belt which helped, but the elastic and the velcro are wearing out and not providing enough support. The NeoTech provides very much additional support with very strong elastic and velcro closures. It is reasonably comfortable, but you do know you have it on. That's really a good thing when your back needs the help.
