Destroyed the one, the connector body would not pull off. switched to needle nose, still whatever as a tool was used it needed help to pull it off.My best technique was needle nose on top to squeeze the release and a screw driver on the bottom to get it off.SThe special too was not usefull as the dissasemble was putting the glow plugs out in the open. I felt the tip a bit big and clumsy.

Liked the tool. Worked as advertised. Made reaching down in tight quarters to remove connectors for my glow plug replacement n my Mercedes Benz Sprinter. This is the right tool for the job and didn’t damage the electrical connector. I recommend this tool

I was prepared to dread changing the glow plugs, so I bought this tool to remove the electrical connectors. When I saw the position of the plugs, it did look like a real hassle to remove the connectors. This tool made it super simple--it squeezed in the right way to release the connector. I'd say it was well worth the money. Heating the engine some time before removing the glow plug from the sockets was another great tip, but that's another thing.

It will work in most cases, but still hard to get into tie spaces.

Bought this for use on my 2003 Dodge sprinter diesel. It works but it doesn’t work great.

u get what u pay for, the tool works but I would return it if I had need to use it offten

They do exactly what they are supposed to do and cost half what others seemingly just like them do. Not sure that they're necessary, but they sure made removing the connectors easy. Glad I made the purchase.
