The 18 Shake is the best tasting meal replacement I have ever tried. I have tried many and none have tasted as good. I was surprised at how full I feel after drinking just eight ounces. I just have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a meal for supper. It has helped me in trying to lose some weight. I have had the Chocolate, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream and Strawberry. I don't have a favorite. I like them all. You can add fruit if you want. I haven't tried that yet. I might someday. I highly recommend 18 Shake if you want a good tasting meal replacement.

You can't lose weight until you curb your hunger, and this is the ONLY shake that has done this for me. I lost 55 lbs and didn't do anything but drink one shake a day. I started with a normal breakfast, a normal lunch, and then a shake around 3:00 pm - I didn't want anything to eat again until morning. Then the next morning I wanted to eat less. I stopped being hungry so I ate less and I lost weight. I really just wasn't hungry - it was AWESOME! I went from being STARVING all the time to looking at food and thinking "oh God I don't think I really want to eat any of that, but I'll have a bite just because I know I can't NOT eat all day". And I did. No exercise (GOD I hate exercise!) And if I craved something like chocolate, I'd have ONE BITE, and that's it and I'd be happy with it. Don't deprive yourself of anything, just quit eating so much - and these shakes make that happen! These shakes are stupidly expensive, but it's worth it. 55 lbs changes your LIFE. DO IT! You won't regret it.

I did a lot of research on meal replacement shakes before I settled on 18 Shake. I picked it because I read a ton of good reviews about itfrom different websites that said it can help with weight loss. I didn’t want just a protein based drink, I was looking for something that could replace my meals fully, a shake that wasn’t just a snack. I’ve used both their chocolate and vanilla flavor, both mix quite well with different liquids and some ice cubes. Love the flavor and the fact I can drink it for breakfast and lunch without being hungry after I finish. Can’t recommend 18 Shake enough, with it I’ve been able to suppress my appetite.

Extremely expensive, confirmed. Tastes terrible, like mixing water with a bag of chalk, confirmed. And results.. (taste and flavor would not matter if the results were good) not measurable by any standards. I have since met with a dietician to discuss this products benefits and was advised that he advertising on the packaging is misleading.

This product is excellent. After researching many protein products, this product is up there if not exceeding all others. The taste is also very good, no chalky taste at all. If you are looking to embark on a healthier lifestyle, I would recommend this product as part of your daily supplement.

returned 2 of the 3 bags I ordered, as I wasn't sure if it was safe for pregnancy. tried a spoon of the bag I kept and not terribly impressed, I can't drink it as a shake, it doesn't taste very good. not worth anywhere near the price I paid... try bodylogix organic whey protein in dark chocolate and add fitness fiber and some fruit, much better tasting and much, much more cost effective... I respect the intentions of the company but do not think its worth the price in the least.

I've tried a lot of different meal replacement shakes, and this one has the best taste by far! I'm usually pretty sensitive to artificial sweeteners, but this blend is great - no chalky aftertaste, just creamy chocolatey goodness! My life can get busy, and it's been very convenient to replace one (sometimes even two) meals per day with this shake... and both my husband and I have lost weight! My husband's lost a little more, because he's better about working out ;) but I've lost 8lbs and counting so far, and I just feel healthier with more complete nutrition daily.

Not very good at all. Flavor is horrible on its own. Mix in some PB fit to improve the taste. Does not curb appetite. Recommend slim fast. Much better taste, much better affect and a 1/4 of the price.
