Bone Cutting Knife - Sharp Stainless Steel Heavy Cleaver

I needed a cleaver for occasional chicken quartering and didn't want to spend a ton of money for one. This cleaver is super nice and a great value. The box and paperwork in the box are all in Chinese? But not a big deal, I mean, it's not like you need instructions right? The blad is not super thick, but has a decent enough heft to be a medium weight cleaver. The blade has a nice hammon and stamped with Chinese(?) characters and images. The only thing I might improve on is the handle. It is a little short, on the thin side and plastic. It doesn't feel quite right in the hand but serviceable.All in all though, for the price and what you are getting, it is a super deal.

Needed this little baby for an amateur knife throwing act (not a recommended use) this puppy performed amazingly. They weren't kidding about the bone cutting aspect either, lost my left on the second night of the act. Its ok though, I'm all right now! hardy-har-har-har-hardy-har-har

I received the knife on time, and it's great quality. The handle is light and the blade is thick, making it easy to chop foods with the balance of the knife doing the work. I barbecue a lot and this makes it easier when we have people over.
