I bought this for my wife who previously used a Win 10 laptop. Her use pattern is 99% browsing the internet and using Skype to communicate with her family in Europe. This chromebook does both very well, has excellent battery time, and is lighter than a traditional laptop. The screen is of decent size and the picture is good. Great value for the money. Get a small 128 GB SD card to go with it so you can save any files to removable storage.

This computer is a renewed product, but I would never have guessed by looking at it or using it. It arrived packaged as if it were brand-new. It looks and operates as well as a new computer as well. It charges fine and holds a charge too. I have had it for a week and only charged it once. I bought it to use in my graduate program and I already know it is going to be just what I wanted!

Purchased product as a Father's Day gift for my husband. He uses it for mostly for e-mails and internet. Very happy with this chromebook.. great keyboard, nice big screen, very light. I chose to go with this seller, rather than pay a bit more for touch screen. Haven't used it yet, so can't say anything more. However, I do appreciate your offer to me for a $20 Amazon card for a positive review.

I was looking for a 14" Chromebook laptop. My previous one was an 11" 32GB/4GB Asus so I needed something with bigger screen and storage. I bought this one because of the screen, storage and price. Honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised. I've never bought a "renewed" device from Amazon before. When it arrived, it had some smudge marks and finger prints at the bottom but nothing a slightly damp cloth couldn't clean. Everything seems still pretty new. The processor (running diagnostics) states N5030, the battery capacity states 6149mAh (health at 100%) so I'm good for about 9-10 hours. Whats odd though, is the cycle count - its an 1? I've charged the device earlier to 100% so I'm assuming here that *that* was the '1'? I'll monitor that though! That said, everything seems perfect. This review was written using the device. :)

I can't see the difference between refurbished and new, only the packages box it's. Amazon refurbish its the best choice, in a pristine state. Excellent screen quality, fanless Chromebook, all plastic but good quality, fast and reliable, almost 10h normal use, HP quality.

Originally was going to purchase this same product at Walmart for a little more until I said "let go check at Amazon" Thank God I did!! I saved so much money and bring a prime member NO SHIPPING COST. Product is amazing and my son loved it!!

The refurbished unit we received appears and functions as though it is brand new. It represents a tremendous value.

I have had this laptop for 15 days. It wouldnt let me use an external camera or 10key. I didnt download really anything on it. Just a couple apps a few pictures and I used the internet, I didnt even back anything up on it yet... And As of yesterday it no longer works.2 weeks and it took a s***. Now I'm debating whether I should take another chance by ordering a replacement or going with a different one entirely.

Es un producto que, aunque es reacondicionado, luce como nuevo. La Chromebook es rápida, tiene un excelente teclado y pantalla. Fácil de usar. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Totalmente recomendable.

Hoy la recibí en la mañana y la verdad me encanto, la he estado usando todo lo que va del día y la verdad esta muy bien y es práctica, el color y diseño me encanto, muy juvenil, perfecta para estudiantes.
