Window Regulator Repair Clip Front Right Door for Liberty 2006 2007

Fixed my 2007 Jeep Liberty front passenger window like a charm.... works great...In general, this was super-easy to install for me, but I am a garage junky and do stufflike this all the time... it didn't require any major "special" tools.... just a couple screwdrivers,a couple sockets, a pair of pliers, and a little paying attention on how the old unit came out.... installationwas strait forward. I'm a little skeptical on life expectancy as it's pretty much a copy of the original....I would say this is pretty much a good thing, but still has the same weak spot.....but hey, it was a decent price, and really easy to install... maybe it will last aslong as the original that broke recently. So far, so good... no major complaints.

I've purchased several of these over the years. Its a rough plastic part that will probably need some sanding to move freely. Also note that even with light use you'll probably need to replace it again in a year to two. Knowing what I know now I would probably go with the more expensive metal parts.

picture did not match the part. The area where the bracket rides on the metal rail are made very cheap. The slots for the rubber inserts do not line up. When I placed the bracket on the metal rail, it would not even move. Do not buy this part, it does not work.

To repair my window regulator

I am a professional body man and a licensed auto damage adjuster. I do not recommend this product. The round ferrule began to crack as soon as I started to thread the cable into the part. Spend the extra and get the Steiger Performance metal bracket.

This part immediately broke when the screw cable started to seat in the assembly.
