KES Bathroom Kitchen Faucet Head Replacement Part Pull-Out Spray Head Brushed Nickel, PFS6-2

The spray head on our Giagni Fresco "pre-rinse" style pull-down faucet was damaged by someone who tried to increase the flow my removing the aerator. This caused the spray to exit at a weird angle and spray all over the counter. An email and phone call to Giagni elicited zero response, so I was ready to buy an entire new faucet--except it wasn't going to be a Giagni--until I discovered this spray head. For $12 and several decent reviews, I took a chance and ordered it. I installed it in 5 minutes and couldn't be happier. I actually prefer this to the original spray head because it stays in the last mode that was used, rather than reverting back to aerate when you shut it off. Also the switch is a brushed nickel rocker rather than the two rubber buttons on the original and has a better feel. The brushed nickel finish even matches the faucet well. Overall I'm very happy and smile every time I use the faucet now, rather than cussing out the previous owner :)

I had bought a Gianni faucet from Lowe’s and the spring wore out and the button would be stuck on spray unless I pried it out. I thought I’d have to buy a whole new faucet so for years we just lived with a busted spray head, but luckily I found this before purchasing a new faucet. I didn’t even need the tape that was supplied , I just screwed the head right on in. Now I don’t have to explain to visitors about the busted head. For ten bucks, I win. Looks better and matches perfectly with brushed nickel finish.

I bought this to replace a faucet head that stripped out and leaked. I was nervous about the fit and very nervous about the quality because the price was so low. Upon receiving it I was amazed. It looks gorgeous and the quality is superb. I installed it in about 30 seconds... it is literally a matter of simply putting a layer of plumber tape (which is included) and then screwing it on. As far as functions, there are two useful sparse pattern choices. I waited a few weeks to do my review in case there were issues, but there are none. This was a fabulous purchase and I highly recommend it. I'll include pictures.

I bought this to replace the faucet head of my $200 Giagni Fresco faucet. Imagine my diappointment after spending that much money on a faucet and after only two years the sprayer stops working and to add further disappointment, their customer service won't even write me back! In desperation I googled Giagni Fresco faucet replacement head and this popped up and for $15 I had serious doubts. But this faucet head is perfect! Screwed right on and looks almost like an OEM part, I can't believe how good it looks and how well it works. Worth way more than $15, let me tell you! I was prepared to go buy a new faucet, so spending a fraction to be this happy has far exceeded my expectations! BUY THIS REPLACEMENT AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Kitchen faucet broke a couple years ago and purchased a "cheap" faucet here on eBay. Who we kidding, faucets aren't cheap. The faucet is fine but the sprayer was terrible from the beginning. Too much water pressure and it spread too far. Turn the faucet on and it bounces out of the sink and all over the counter and floor. We dealt with it for a year until the sprayer head broke. The company sent a new one. Same issues but a year later it breaks again. Thought about dropping a couple hundred dollars for a name brand faucet but decided to give this a shot. PERFECT. Matches perfectly to the faucet (makes it better looking), the water pressure is perfect and the spray is concentrated. No leaks and the solid button on the side makes it easy to switch the type of spray.

I had been searching for a faucet head to replace the head that came with my kitchen faucet. My previous head did not restrict the water enough to give good water pressure. The old head is in the pictures. It gives the faucet a different look. Its a perfect match to my brush nickel faucet. If lower water pressure is your problem then look no further. My old one had a button and it would stick or release when you didn't want it to. I have seen the same style head listed for sale on Amazon. If lower pressure is a problem then avoid that style. The picture of the water running is only halfway on. Before it was like a dribble unless I turned on the sprayer. Price, quality and performance. I am happy with all three. If I have issues in the future I will update. For now all is well.

Two Month Update: Still working well. I never notice the exposed threads. The original Giagni sprayer had a button that would let you stop the water flow temporarily without turning off the faucet, which was very convenient. This sprayer doesn’t have that, but that is the only downside in my opinion. For the price, it’s still a 5 star item.Original review: It fits just like the reviews said. It doesn’t quite screw all the way into the Giagni fixture. Maybe 1/8” of the threads are visible, not too noticeable. Not sure how long it will last, but at $9.99 I’m not worried.

The spray head on the kitchen facet installed in the house we bought would not switch from spray to stream and there was no way to clean the spray head. I was told in plumbing supply stores that the threads are proprietary to the manufacturers and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Well there is no marking on the faucet and I could not identify it for 6 months, finally I came across a Giagni faucet in Lowes that looked like the one I had and started searching for replacement parts online. I found the KES listed as a replacement and bought the PFS6-2 spray head in the hopes it would fit. Well it does in fact fit, though not perfectly; the plastic threaded section is longer than the original so some black shows. But it works fine so far. Much better flow and hardly notice the black plastic.It looks like the 1/2" NPT male connection is a standard thread size but the Gagni was designed for a shorter length, its a pain that those kind of dimensions are not provided.

We have very high water pressure at home and it tends to destroy spray heads after a while so we have used a few different ones over the years. This one is different in being a slim design which looks good on the tap. The change from jet to spray works easily. Some we have used, due to our water pressure, will not change unless the tap is turned off but this one allows us to change while the water is running. The brushed nickel finish is actually on plastic but that was expected on a product in this price range.Overall this is a good valuer product.

Beware of these, they slow the flow right down. If you have a sensitive boiler demand switch setting, it might not activate it.. remove any airators to help improve the flow.

Had this for over two months now. Very easy to install and it made the water pressure go more quickly.
