It seems that at some point my dog picked up mites and then happily shared them with me. My rash became SO severe so quickly the doctor refused to believe it was mites and insisted I must have been in contact with something I'm allergic to. Unfortunately the medical field has little understanding of mites and zero interest in it. The medical things for dealing with this are not nice at all, basically really nasty toxins that I don't want to smother myself in. But I needed something.Doing research on these issues will likely send people looking for this product as it did me. I was so desperate I figured it was worth a go. It's virtually odourless, just smells 'clean', doesn't stain or leave a residue. I washed myself in this every night after a shower and just let it dry, sprayed down the bedding with it an hour before bed and had my first itch free night in weeks. I also spray the dog down with it every few days. It's not a miracle cure, nor does it claim to be, it's just another tool in the arsenal of dealing with this kind of situation. I hoovered and steam cleaned cleaned religiously every day for weeks, still do it every other day, got a good declutter out of it to boot. I wash bedding every other day, I bag worn clothes for washing and keep clean clothes also bagged and away from where we sleep. My rash has mostly gone now, I just get the odd new single bite come up that I spray as soon as I feel it. Keeping a small spray bottle of this about your person is pretty handy. I would say we are 90% of the way to winning this battle but you have to have a strong routine. Patience and persistence are key.This is the pre-diluted version and runs out very quickly. I went and bought the concentrate from their website that goes a lot further. They also have specific pet products on their site. It's not cheap, but with the concentrate working out that bit better, I feel I will keep this in the cleaning routine even after the situation is completely solved. It's very drying on the skin which is something to be aware of, but I just let it be overnight then moisturise well in the morning. So far so good, hopefully we will be free of these horrid, invisible pests before too much longer.

What a joy to find a really effective non toxic spray for biting beasties. I have used stuff from the Doc's and the things return. This is wonderful and the support from base, if you ring them, is amazing.
