Not for cutting lettuce
Does not cut lettuce :-(. Just tears & crushes. I purchased it so I wouldn't get brown lettuce, like when I cut it with a regular knife. May work for other things, just not lettuce.

My husbands a chef and so he's always looking for good knives. My kids like to help him a lot too, so I got this knife for the kids to help, but my husband ended up using it more than the kids hahah! He loves it!
