Works fine with other seal puller handles
Bought a Kohuipu seal puller tool set, and this as a spare hook for it. Fits and works fine as (assuming) a better quality hook to use with a cheaper tool handle.

A welcome addition to my tool box, if only used once!
Worked very well on my 99 Accord 4cyl balance shaft seal. Other seal pullers would not fit between wheel well and engine. It usually isn’t necessary to use a puller here but I installed the replacement seal too far in and had oil seepage. This tool saved my life! I only had to reverse the nut/bolt head for better leverage and viola, seal removed. The YouTube videos are what sold me. I even bought extra attachments fearing they were too weak. It was not. This is a clean and easy to use tool.

Nice replacements
Work well. They’re a little brittle, that’s why I needed replacements but they work well if you’re smooth and steady. 4 stars because they work well but they could be a little less prone to breaking.

They break way too easy
They break! I couldn’t get a single seal out with these. The ones that came with the tool broke and the replacements broke too. They break with any slight prying force so I was careful to try to pull straight. Didn’t matter they still snapped. In the end I drilled a small hole and put in a small screw that I could grab with locking pliers. So much easier than these.

Just what I neded to remove a seal
Highly recommend. I needed the tool but could not find one. I was able to get the blade overnight and made it work with a vise grip plier.

It’s a useful consumable
It’s a thin material. I had used up 3 to pull camshaft seals on my 96 4Runner. They work great for a seal per puller. It’s not a tool for the impatient like me. It did complete the job. I used 3 to pull 4 cam seals.

DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE ONLINE PHOTO IN AD! The photo shows the entire seal puller tool, but you only get the tiny little metal hook for $16!!!!!!!!!!! It's not worth returning for a refund due to the shipping costs so I'll order the tool separately WITH THE SAME PICTURE OF THE TOOL IN THE AD! What a joke... I though the bag was empty and almost threw it away. So disappointed.

It only comes with the oil seal hook. The ad is a bit misleading as it infures that you get the whole unit. Who would ever buy just the hook.

Manufactured by a reputable tool maker like Lisle, it was quite surprising the discrepancy between parts

This is not the whole tool, just the tip! That picture is misleading.
