ABC Dinosaurs (AMNH ABC Board Books)

My boyfriend's two little boys love this dinosaur book. They've had me read it to them a few times and I'm hoping some of the dinosaur names will stick with them after awhile.I personally like this book due to the fact that it gives the whole Latin name of the dinosaur and how to pronounce it. I really wish I had a book like this when I was a kid; I always had to rewind the VCR tapes to learn the Latin name and pronunciation.Super cool ABC book!

I bought this book for my 2 year old brother who loves dinosaurs. He saw this book and loved it! I like how there's a dinosaur with a picture for every letter of the alphabet A-Z. I also really like how the dinosaurs included in the book are not the common ones like stegosaurus. The dinosaurs mentioned are unique ones. Another plus is that all the names come with pronunciations which is very helpful especially for the dinosaur that starts with the letter X! Overall it's a great book and I would recommend it to any dinosaur lover! Great to read for bed time or just for fun!

This book is really neat, with dinosaurs that you don't often see in books. I wish the descriptions of the dinosaurs were on the same page as the dinosaur instead of at the end of the book, but that's not a big deal. My kiddo loves looking at the pictures and working on pronouncing the names of the dinos correctly.

For any small child that is a dino lover and still trying to learn the names of some of the not so common dinos this book is great. It only has a picture of each dino with the name of each dino, no description about the dinosaur so if that is what you are looking for then this is not the book for you but for children with short attention spans that like pictures this book is great!

My 4 year old loves this book, as he is in a dinosaur stage. It is a nice sturdy board book with big detailed pictures. My only complaint is my son will ask me questions about <insert unbelievably hard to pronounce dinosaur name here> and the book doesn't have any answers. It's just a dinosaur name accompanied by a picture. No details. Doesn't tell you if it eats vegetables or people (my kid's most common question) lol. So I have to make stuff up. "No son, the xuanwangosaurus only eats little boys." Kidding :).

Terrific book! I've suspected for a while that my 3YO knew all her letters, but she'd get bored and not want to continue the ABCs. This book kept her interest for the entire alphabet and confirmed my suspicions- the little adorable stinker DOES know her letters!

Very neat book! Love the illustrations & design. It's great that they include how to pronounce each dinosaur's name! My future little paleontologist loves it! (She just turned 3! I can see her treasuring this book for a long time!)

What I love about this book is that it spelled out the difficult names of the dinosaurs. After the second or third read my son can say the name without any difficulty. It's a very simple but instructive book. My son has all the collections of the ABC series.

Cute book. ABC's are more fun with dinosaurs! It's a hard book which I like for little hands. Paired this with a canister of Batat dinosaur figurines for a birthday gift for a 2 year old boy.

Considering that this is, in essence, a "my first dinosaur" book, a lot of the names are from Chinese dinosaurs that are hard to pronounce.

My nephew loves it!

This was good. But some of the Dino’s are not well know and my son is having some trouble with that. Minor issue.
