Nice weight and balance, came with a good sharp edge. Time will tell if it sharpens well, which I expect it will!

This knife came as a surprise as it comes with an exquisite box. The knife itself is shining and light-weighted, easy to use, and I can easily cut into a hard watermelon that I used to push very hard. I also love the feeling of the handler, it feels comfortable and steady. I would bring my sister one next time I visit her (She loves making sushi).Highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed about this knife is how heavy it is! That concerned me until I used it. The balance of this knife is excellent, which removed all concern about weight. It makes chopping, etc so easy and fast which was a pleasant surprise. It's extremely well made and arrived nicely boxed, so can make a great gift. I would have given 5 stars except that the handle is discolored which bothers me, especially with price point.That being said, I'm contacting manufacturer who claims they will replace for ANY reason, no questions asked. If they do, I will definitely be ordering more knives from them. Hand washing is recommended which I've always done!

I didn't expect this knife to be that sharp before I got it.I used it to cut raw sweet potato, it was so easy and comfortable to use. I also used my old knife to cut the same potato, it was so hard to cut off a piece, then I realize how sharp this knife is！Good value for money!

I do a lot of canning & food preparation & I wanted a knife that was sharp, easy to use & allowed me to get a paper thin slice or a thick cut without a lot of labor. This knife performed beyond expectation. I just used it for making beef jerky & it turned out to be the best batch I've ever made.

I am usually picky with my knives. This one surprised me with very good quality but at half of the price of those premium brands. The handle was comfortable for grip and making cutting easier. The knife is sharp for cutting meat as well as veggies. So far this knife passed my tests for a great additional of my kitchen essential.
