Very high quality solid steel piece
Good delivery time from shipper.It fit my Remington 700 30-06 perfectlyIt’s heavy but most high quality things are.The problem with aluminum is that after tightening later on the mounting screws can become loose. This problem is due to aluminum crushes being a soft alloy.I would rather not take a chance with a important shot!

Use as a lever for stuck pickup if needed.
This beast is SOLID!It has very precise fit for the Picatinny rings, and has worked very well for me.

Fits great
Fitted on a Bergara B14R. Just the right amount of cant for a 22lr at the distances I want to be able to reach. Fit exactly like I expect from Burris.

Fits R700 Long Action Well
The fit is good on my Remington 700 long action for the price. I knocked off a star because I'm a little disappointed that this is made in China since it's marketed as being part of the Burris Xtreme Tactical product line. If I had known I probably would have gone with a Warne mount.

Seems solid, no mounting screws
Bought this for the good reviews I saw on it and fit my budget. Seems of typical quality for the price range and what it is. Time will tell if this is the right part for my howa 1500 sa as this DID NOT COME WITH THE MOUNTING SCREWS it was supposed to. Upon further investigation this seems to be a common issue. No, they were not loose in the package delivered in, I checked. Had to go to the hardware store for the "correct screws" which I had to buy longer than specified for my rifle as they were out of the correct one. One might assume from people buying them since their rails didn't deliver as promised either.. I joke. Would be 5 star if all pieces came as they should.

Great product for the money
Perfect fit and has everything needed to hold a solid zero on your scope. Made from metal not aluminum so it won’t give. Has 25 moa for longer shots and it has a recoil lug. I don’t know anything else you could ask for.

Burris Kicks Ass
Replaced 2 piece Burris base with 1 piece Burris base. I looked through other makers for a steel base since I don't want flex under recoil, to loosen screws. The EGW, Warne, Leupold & Weaver are all Aluminum, others that are steel are out of my price range for reasonably priced. I choose the Burris one piece base, because everything they make kicks ass.

Great fit for my Howa 1500 6.5 CM. Very stable mount. Comes with screws and torx tool.
