Better than morphine for pain!
Years ago I had some extensive dental work done and my dentist told me at that time that I could expect some significant pain but that if I took ibuprofen and acetaminophen (Tylenol) combined, it was as good as any narcotic painkiller. And he was right! When I learned that Advil made a medication combining the two ingredients (Advil Dual) I was glad because i didn’t have to worry about the dosage of two separate medications.I recently had an injury where I fell off a ladder from 6 feet. Though I did not break any bones I received multiple extremely painful injuries… my foot, my knee, my arm, my back, buttocks, my neck, and in hit my head.I had to go to the emergency room by ambulance following the fall and I was given morphine for pain. Morphine in a super strong pain medication but it made me nauseous… and it didn’t last long.So once I got home from the hospital I was comforted to know that I had some Advil Dual on hand. I started taking it as soon as I got home and I was astonished at the relief I got from the pain. This was definitely the worst pain I have ever experienced and thank goodness for this medication because i was actually able to sleep at night without being woken up constantly by pain.During the night while I was sleeping the Advil Dual wore off (but I like the fact that you only have to take it once every 8 hrs) and when I got up in the morning I could barely walk from the pain. I was supposed to be on crutches but I couldn’t use them because my back hurt too bad.But once the medication kicked back in I was good to go! I just can’t say enough about Advil duel!

Advil Dual-action added to my everyday prescription regime has changed my daily life...
I have lived with chronic pain for 25 years, five spine surgeries, a Maisonneuve fracture with resulting surgery, a near-catastrophic fall that broke 11 bones, punctured my lung, have had numerous concussions, recently diagnosed with a pineal cyst, migraine & cervicogenic headaches, sciatica & SI joint disfunctions, so taking pain medication has been a huge part of my life. I take regularly prescribed pain meds and muscle relaxers and a monthly injectable for my headaches so taking too much heavy-duty pain medication is not something I relish but when I first read about Advil Dual-action I was skeptical but encouraged, an OTC that would eliminate one OTC for something that contained two? My migraines are under control with my injectable prescription but when I started to have a cervicogenic headache I was hopeful, hopeful that this new Advil Dual would give me the same relief as Excedrin Migraine, as well as Goodies and BC headache powders but also the relief that ibuprofen would offer and Advil Dual has checked all the boxes!! Added bonus when my sciatica/Piriformis syndrome rears its ugly head the Advil Dual calms the muscle cramps while my muscle relaxer calms down the sciatic nerve. I am on the lowest dosage possible for my prescription pain medication and adding Advil Dual along with my other prescriptions I am finally pain-free enough to get back to as normal pain-free life as I can. I realize that not everyone would have the same result as me but I would state it's worth the try.

It Works for Minor Aches & Pains.
This is an NSAID combined with Acetaminophen. Neither is healthy or particularly safe for your body, but it gets the job done for minor aches, pains, strains, sprains, cramps, soreness, headaches, etc. If you can deal with your pain using just one or the other I would definitely recommend that.If you have intractable chronic pain like I do, it only does the bare minimum. I've found it's more effective when I take it occasionally, and with another painkiller. Please be careful not to take these OTC painkillers daily! They have terrible long-term effects on your body. Otherwise, the pills are easy to swallow and they're effective.

Excellent pain relief
As someone who suffers from acute chronic pain, but will not take narcotics or prescription pain meds, I found this to be highly effective for taking the edge off my pain, and in many cases, eliminating my pain entirely, for several hours. I take 2 tabs, once a day-usually prior to an activity that will trigger or increase my pain, and find it working within 30-45 min., and effective for approximately 4-6+ hours. I've not found any OTC product as effective and am really quite amazed that it works this well for me. I'm a retired Professor of Nursing that had a near fatal car accident several years ago. After recent oral surgery, my oral surgeon suggested that I rotate taking tylenol and advil every several hours, for pain, and while it did help some, I believe this ADVIL II product may be better and definitely easier, to keep track of usage. Easy to swallow and so far, no stomach or GI issues noted.

It works great
I like taking Tylenol & Advil , since l had my root canal, my Dentist recommended to change every 4 hours back and forth and it worked great, so once this pill 💊 came out l gave it try and it is great and helps my back pain and aches and it’s combination of both.New update, but 2 pills of this Medication dosage doesn’t have enough dosages of taking 2 Tylenol & 2 Advil, so I take 4 pills !

Best OTC painkiller
For some reason this thing works so much better than plain ol’ Tylenol or Advil by themselves. It works so well that sometimes I fear it can be addicting. My wife who avoids painkillers (doesn’t like to take medication in general) will reach for this from time to time whereas I have only seen her take Tylenol or Advil a couple times in 20+ years.
