perfect but a little hard
It takes 3 seconds to install. I really liked these pillows. -1 star due to their hardness. They're a little hard, but some people may like it. But it gives good support to your neck.

TOO firm
My use is for a home personal chair. Pillow size is a bit small but shape is good not to move around. The surface is ok. The foam is firm , firm, firm. Like laying on a carpeted floor and way too thick. While I like the pillow, I had to replace the inner foam with something more compressible and thinner for my comfort. The surface does not breath well. Therefor, becomes hot.

Perfect
These have been amazing in my car to help neck pain. My head rest was pushing my head forward and making my neck pain worse. These helped me be able to actually sit straight in the car
