This is the best seasoning I've ever used for steak. I've tried others, but keep coming back to Tunnel BBQ All Purpose. I've been using it for about 25 years now, and never get tired of it. They have another seasoning which states it is specifically for steaks, chops, etc. but I like the All Purpose best. I've also used it, along with butter, to season veggies (broccoli, green beans, brussels sprouts), and white rice. Also fries and onion rings.

As a teenager in Windsor Ontario (1957 - 1962), my family would have after church lunch at the Tunnel Barbecue. I savored both the fantastic ribs as well as the view of the ribs being prepared. After leaving Windsor for university, I would always visit TBQ on home visits. Since then, I often told my friends and family about these experiences and have eaten ribs all over the USA and abroad. Nothing has yet to come up to the standard of TBQ. I am delighted to say that using their current TBQ Seasoning has brought me right back to the 1960s and clearly has retained that great flavor. Genuinely my favourite bbq rub to use when smoking meat. Been using the all purpose seasoning for years at this point and have never had a bad experience with it. All my family members love the seasoning and they are some very picky people. 10/10

When it arrived the plastic cap was broken. It probably happened during shipping. The freshness seal appeared to be intact resulting in the contents being still usable.

I have only put it on my wings but will try it on my steak this summer.

Been using the spice for 10 yrs now after another friend gave us some. The bbq joint in Windsor is no longer there but at least they still make this.
