Vitamen B's are very important for the entire body. These are timed release and work very well.

I have had surgery to remove my colon, and some small intestine, and my diet is limited. This product is very strong, and taking 2 a day boosts my energy level, and overall well being . The flavor of B vitamins should not be part of the rating. They are B vitamins...they smell and taste terrible. You swallow the capsule so it isn't an issue. Taste is irrelevant here. I put 5 stars on taste so the rest of the rating wasn't dragged down.

I take this B-Vitamin complex every morning, and I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level when I don't take it. The capsules can get a little dusty (from a little bit of leakage I assume) near the bottom of the bottle, but they still don't taste bad, they just have a little more of a taste than they usually do. I have been taking this for at least a year and don't plan to switch vitamin producers anytime soon.
