Good quality well made .
Very useful item . Good sound Quality three was an issue with the first item [ bluetooth not working and covers in fingermarks missing instructions and opened cables ] . The Company did replace the item and the second one worked perfect and came with instructions unopened . Some of their Customer care people are not so helpful .

No sound is coming out and the Bluetooth too is not working,simply the item is not working in any way

Stopped Working
Easy to pair headphones, worked well first time. Next time, would not work.

Speech delay
I found that speech has a large delay with this unit and is out of sync with tv picture. I know I can reset this but then when I’m not using the DAC I will need to reset again.Ended up using a different model which works fine.

it doesnt work with old iphones or indeed a brand new macbook air
This item simply doesnt work. If you have an older phone dont buy it because they arent compatible with Bluetooth 5 and if you have a brand new laptop well it just doesnt show up on the bluetooth device search. One of these would be forgivable but both is shameful. Am disappoint.

works Well
The D/A converter connected to the TV optical audio output & connected to headphones via Bluetooth. This worked well, with a volume control on the Converter as well as the headphones. Compact, well built unit with various outputs in addition to Bluetooth. Easy to set up. Reccommended
