Celebakes Isomalt Crystals, 1 Pound (Pack of 2)

This works great. I purchased it to try and make flames for a cake. Worked out great you need to be careful of course because it's hot but you can shape it for about 7 mins before it hardens. I added flavors & colors which did not change the consistence. Once it hardens you can remelt it to work with it again.

Not very happy when I get a package that’s been busted open and when I remove the actual package I lose half of it on the floor because the package was busted open

It worked very well in the preparation of the cake I made.

I ordered this for a competition cake. My cake base is a window pane so I needed crystal clear sugar. I remade it twice and every time, even on lowered heat, it yellowed. Worked fine for my colored pieces but not the best for anything you want to be clear.
