Taking supplements are importance. I like using Puritans products. Amazon quick delivery allows me to get them quicker.

Used these for years and I like them. But they dont have the larger bottle anymore and like everything, the price has gone too high for the average SS customer. However, I am told by Puritan's Pride that it is Amazon and not them that put white stickers on the bottles that hide the expiration date and the ingredients. This is unlawful.

It seems to give me a lift. My complexion looks healthier and I feel better.

I've taken a Vitamin C with bioflavonoids supplement for many years. But, I've noticed since beginning this one, I don't bruise nearly so easily. I'm not sure if that's due to the product alone, but it's a really nice discovery. I hit the top of my foot on a chair recently and although a small area of bruising developed, it was gone within two days. That never happens, so I plan to continue using the Puritan's Pride brand of Vitamin C. I do take the maximum amount (1 tab 4 x day) and this seems to be beneficial, judging by the results. Not a recommendation - just an FYI.

Love it for the rose hips and biflavinoids..good health product..4 a day is great..minimum recommended is 1000 mg a day..Great Buy..will buy again.
