Easy to install easy to connect and works as it should. I bought a used or refurbished controller. Only downside is there is no instructions on how to connect the wireless remote as this was a complete upgrade from a non-wireless remote system.

I bought this to replace the failed unit on my camper. When I got it I couldn't get it to work the power light came on after a time it started flashing error code(s) I checked all the power/ground connections. Got in touch with customer support they had me make several checks/tests and said I needed a new remote so I purchased a new remote still nothing completely unresponsive. Customer support said it was a bad new remote, they sent another new remote to me. Still nothing. I sent everything back and wired in 4 reversing toggle switches and everything works as it should. Overall it is a overly complicated controller to control 4 simple circuits.

As other reviews have noted, there is no handheld remote included. It specifically says in the product description that a remote IS included. Very deceptive IMO. If you are replacing an older logic board the old remote will in all likelihood not be compatible....like mine. So plan on spending at least another $200 for the remote. I can't speak to the functionality of this board since I'm waiting for the new remote. Caveat emptor.
