Great OE replacement
This is the same keyboard as the one originally put in my dell precision 5530. Same manufacturer, and the model number was only one number off because the euro symbol was written on one of the keys. Pressing it does the same thing as the previous keyboard. The new one felt a little bit stiffer, particularly the space bar, but that is probably because it is new. It feels good to type on. The first photo attached is the old keyboard and the second is this one.

Works better than original
I was a little skeptical that this would work well considering it isn't a Dell OEM keyboard. Though, after my experience, I think that is actually a good thing. The original keyboard had an awkward feel to it, and after 2 years a couple of the number keys were only working intermittently.The keyboard is a challenge to install. This isn't due to the keyboard itself, but rather due to what you have to remove and disassemble to get to it.I have been really pleased with this keyboard. It feels great while typing, the backlighting feature looks as good as the original, and of course it has corrected the intermittent keypress issue. The price is also very good. I highly recommend this!

Surprised I got a US + € and rupee keys
The 4 and 5 buttons on the keyboard also have rupee and euro signs on them. I did not expect this based on the picture of the product and its description.Aside from that, the keyboard functions as advertised and I'm glad to be able to rejuvenate my 4-year-old 5520.

Perfect for Dell XPS 15 9550
I actually agree with some of the other reviews that the "feel" of this keyboard is actually better than the OEM Dell one. Nice clicky feel and bright LEDs. Pretty simple install if you know what you are doing. If you need some help there are plenty of YouTube videos that can assist you.

Might be better then OEM
My 4+ year old dell XPS 9570 keyboard has non responsive keys (6,5,7, etc) so I was looking for an alternative and did not want to pay OEM prices from Dell.Thankfully someone in my same shoes had gone through a bunch of these from Amazon and settled on this one - so I made the purchase. They were not wrong, I can now type passwords without fear that I would me missing inputs.The back looks almost like the OEM one, the only thing missing is the protective membrane over the screws, I just took what was on the original keyboard and put it on this one when installing. The process took about 1.5 hrs as I took my time an did not rush.Very happy with the results.

Matched model # and it didn't fit - super disappointed.
It is really tough to get to the keyboard to replace - you basically have to remove everything from the inside of the computer.To get that far, 1) you should be a professional and 2) After matching the model number exactly, it didn't fit - what the heck?I won't buy from this seller again.

Works for XPS 7590
I took a chance and ordered this to replace my oem keyboard on a 7590. It is not listed as the keyboard for it but it is the exact same one. It works and has fixed my random key missing and numbers not working. Quiet, and inexpensive. I just wish it were Mag Lev like the 9575. (not sellers fault!)
