Oh, where do I start?? First of all, it has the word f*@%. That's my favorite word. Second, it's dog related. My favorite animal. Two wins. The mug is of great quality, as is the printing. My mail carrier had an issue (which in my neighborhood they always do) and I had contacted the seller and they were SUPER prompt in responses, gave me detailed updates, and were a pleasure to work with. If I could give more stars I would, but there's not a button for that. Get the mug... just trust me.

After reading the comment, I am baffled, as I regularly put my cup in the dishwasher, and it is still perfect! I do use organic dishwashing soap as well as irganic dishwasher soap. So it could be the harsh soap they are using. I use it every day. As I have arthritis in my hands and it is quite a manageable weight. If there were 6 stars i would give it a 6! I have given this as gifts a number of times to my frenchie friends, and they loved them!

We purchased the A Wise Woman Once Said mugs, and today when we put them in the top rack of the dishwasher, the black ink ran and dripped onto the plates below, leaving stains on the plates and black lines on the mug from where the wording ran down. Cute saying but very bad ink quality..

We just threw this out after only 2 months of use. Looks like the verbage and dog image were on a transparent film that was just wrapped around the cup. First time in dishwasher part of the top clear part of the decal started coming off in chunks. Black ink appeared to be "bleeding". It just rapidly kept getting worse until it was no longer pleasant to look at. Really sorry I bought this cup.

Gift for my best friend who boards her old, rescue, Jack donkey at my family’s ranch. Sentiment on the cup is brilliantly witty - even with the F-bomb. It says it all - enough said! Perfect for a mature seasoned woman who has no expectations of a fairy-tale prince on the horizon.This cup rises far above other offerings with the trite cartoon donkey images and tired, double-entendre play-on-word excuses to use “ass” … as if it were somehow “edgy” to do so… (yawn! Not!)

This is an extremely nice mug with a nice polished surface heavy duty and a large German Shepherd dog picture and a cute pose. It expresses my sentiments exactly... Because if you've never had a German Shepherd you won't understand why crazy German Shepherd ladies HAVE to have a German Shepherd whether it's realistic convenient sensible or not!!!

I got the alpaca mug it was adorable when I first got it. I washed it twice and now all of the print is fuzzy and dripping. I purposely paid more money to this vendor because I thought it was a quality mug. Again the mug when it arrived was great after 2 washes in the dishwasher it looks like crap.UPDATE*** 12/21/20 - see pic. This was purchased in July and six months later see what it looks like. I wish the seller would respond and either return my money or send me a new mug. This was a lot of money for something I have to throw out after six months!!! I’m hoping the seller does the right thing.

The text and picture on the mug are kind of blurry, like the image moved around while it was being printed or something. Or maybe they just used a really poor resolution image. Anyways, it looks very sloppy, so I couldn't give this as a gift like I intended to. You're better off paying a little more and getting a better quality mug. Avoid!

The only issue was it took a long time to receive. However, it did arrive within the time mentioned.
