Whilst this & other products from Ancestral suppliments are very good quality. The packaging & information are also very good. I feel that the amount in the bottle is not enough to notice any considerable health improvements.I started taking the recommended amount & did not notice much after a few weeks, so I took double the amount & did start to notice improvement (gums began to strengthen within days). The problem is that you may need to take a much higher quanity that recommended to notice any benefits. This results in the product being used up very quickly (meaning a regular supply will get very expensive).I tried another brand of bulk collagen & noticed benefits within days as they recommended a much larger quantity daily.In summary - the products are good but would be much better if they offered a 200-300g powder instead of capsules.

I know collagen is essential for many parts of the body but most of the products sold are pure rubbish, or that is what I have found anyway. Decided to give this a try and even after a couple of weeks I am very impressed. My wife has actually noticed some of the fine lines on her face have gone. Both of us have noticed a firming of the skin.Can't wait to see what happens over the next 6 months.

Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! I’ve noticed quite a marked improvement in myself. I’m feeling more energetic each day, less achy, and my mood has improved significantly which is the main thing really. Also, I am now sleeping through the entire night for 8 hours. Before taking these supplements I was waking at least once a night for a toilet trip. I haven’t for over a week now. Been taking a combination of collagen, intestines and colostrum.

The entire product range from Ancestral Supplement appears very effect - this one in particular. There are joint and tendon formulas that are much cheaper and effective; but this cologen just has the edge on all the formulas I have tried so far - would recomend.
