These are actually pretty yummy and I feel like when I was sick these helped me a lot. Smell like watermelon when you open it and effective in my opinion.

I have a Foucusaid in a can every morning. This is the powder form I use for traveling. It dissolves best in room temp water, taste is similar to can version but not bubbly. I dissolve it in room temp water and then add ice which improves the taste. The vitamin content is the same as the can version.

Great flavor. Sugar-free, naturally sweetened. Perfect to take it on your bag for any workout or even if you workout at home. Gives you a boost of energy to continue with your workout. Hydration is important when we sweat, this are great quality electrolytes to replenish your body. The packet is easy to open and pour on your drink.

FITAID is delicious. I got it and didn't know what to expect but I had been looing for a high electrolyte beverage that was also delicious. I train hard and I am a big guy, this has been really great for increased cardio training and keeping me hydrated. It's also helped me keep my bp down by keeping a better electrolyte balance during recovery.

Works amazing! Burns calories while you sleep AND keeps you feeling refreshed. Will make you surprisingly hungry & thirsty in the morning though.

I used one in the morning and by the afternoon was having a sharp stabbing pain in my back then I realized it was my kidney. They did not taste good either. I couldn't make myself try a second one the next day to see if the pain came back, but I had never had that before or since, so I am pretty confident my body was telling me NO to this product.
