Received my thermometer within 5 days. We installed it at my dental office to measure everyone's temperature. The thermometer has a pre-installed rechargeable battery inside and also came with a USB charging cord made installation easy and quick. Followed the instructions and downloaded the app to monitor and record temperature data through Bluetooth made everything easier and safer to run my dental office. Great service too!

There is no Bluetooth APP or any mention of it on the box or instructions manual. I paid more for this particular unit over other ones because because I wanted that feature.

We have a restaurant, needed to make sure everyone had their temperature taken each morning. Needed to do when they first arrived. Mounted on wall next to time clock. It beeps when they take their temp, and if high an alarm goes off. This has made my life so much easier and efficient as well. Would recommend !

Perfect for my team in the office. It’s quick and easy to install. A+ for not requiring batteries as it comes pre-installed. All I needed to do is to turn on the switch then it starts. I also like the strong flashing lights and a loud beeping sound after each scan, so we know the scan was completed. Be mindful of your distance from the unit, let your body naturally cool down first before you scan if you’re in a hot climate to avoid a false reading.

We bought this for our office and the employees appreciate the hands free functionality. The temperature seems to read about the same as the hand held units. The app is okay, but seems more of a novelty to us as we have a sign in sheet anyway. The one problem I had was that the tripod mounting nut attached had the wrong threads. It is advertised as 1/4 -20 (coarse) threads, which is standard for tripod mounts. the mount installed was 1/4-28(fine) threads. I had to take the back off, remove the nut, place the unit on the tripod mount and hold the correct replacement nut while tightening. I'll have to take the back off to remove from the tripod, but that is fine for us. The wall mounting methods should work just fine.

We purchased two of these for the entrances to our office building. They are pretty much ready to go out of the box, just mount and turn them on. They come with a fairly long charging cable but no ac adapter, we used a couple of old phone chargers to plug them in and leave them plugged in. Can't speak to battery life as we have them plugged in.The app isn't great but works, you have to set up a person before you can switch the temp to F.There isn't a windows app for it. I would rather track usage on my pc than my phone.The temp alarm can't be set lower than 99.5F. Since these contactless thermometers (like most) tend to read a little low, it would be nice to have the ability to set it lower and then use a more accurate one to verify no fever.This is so much better than having to have someone take each person's themperature. We have the main entranc one mounted between the entry doors so you take your temp before entering the main part of hte building. My Administrative Assistant can see the light and hear the beeps so taking temps doesn't tie up a worker and if someone has a high temp, they don't actually enter or come into contact with her.Overall this is a better alternative to the handheld options and just as accurate. Not as nice as the $1000 units but for the price, it works.

Very happy with the fast shipping! It arrived with a beautiful packaging, detailed manual, a pre-installed rechargeable battery inside and an USB charging cord as promised. I didn’t even have to study the manual that much. Super easy to get it started right away! Big fan of the loud beeping sound after each temperature scan so I can be assured everyone who walked in got a temperature scan. The data app I installed on my cellphone also helped me to track all the data from each scan. I highly recommend this product!

Order these for the classroom for the 2020 pandemic- good quality and easy installation.
