La Molisana Mezzi Ziti N.9 Dried Pasta 1.5kg (3 x 500g Packs)

This pasta tube is traditionally broken up into smaller pieces when cooking. Trying to cook it as a tube will prove very difficult. I've used both in mac cheese and a tomato ragu sauce. Both were exceptional. Very high quality pasta for that extra special dish.

Love the flavour and texture of this pasta but because of the way it is finished off the ends are turned up and take longer to cook than the rest. I had to cut off so many ends before serving!
