This pillow is amazing. It comes folded up which was a surprise but when you open it, it expands to full size! I use it every night. When I lay on my back it goes under my knees and legs on top. Keeps my spine neutral and doesn’t pull on my back. When I sleep on my side, it goes between my knees to ensure that I don’t have my hips drop which ultimately pulls on the back. Then when I wake up in the morning, my back is pain free and I can go about my day with no interruptions.

Works great for multiple sleep positions. On side, I use between knees, On back, use under knees, and on stomach, use under ankles. I've tried regular pillows in the past and they were too big and did not work well. This bolster is perfect. Great size and softness. The only negative I have is as someone who runs hot, sometimes this seems to heat me up even more. I might try to sew a percale pillowcase to fit over to see if that helps with heat. Otherwise love this bolster and wish I had bought one much sooner.

This "knee" pillow was the perfect size to add extra back support to my husband's recliner. It fits perfectly at the transition point between the seat and the back of the recliner. The dark gray blends well with his dark blue leather chair.

I ordered three of these pillows (in two separate orders). Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, only one was just right. Each pillow arrives rolled up, vacuum-shrunk, and over-stuffed into a small cube box. Once unpacked, the foam pillow should slowly return to its full and normal shape within a couple of hours, and certainly within 24 hours at the longest. Only one of the three pillows did this. The other two have been unpacked for 3 days now, and one pillow returned to only about 60% of its normal shape and size and still doesn't fill out the cover leaving wrinkles and loose material, while the second pillow has barely expanded at all, even with numerous attempts of manipulating the pillow with my hands. See the first photo (I removed the loose covers to show how deflated each pillow is compared to the only one that properly returned to shape). With the covers on all three pillows, see the second photo. The covers are three completely different shades of gray. I don't even have a pair to match, which is all I was trying to achieve among the two separate orders. Even if you need only one pillow or you don't care about mismatching covers, with only a one-third chance your pillow will return to its normal shape and size, don't risk buying this product. There is absolutely no consistency in the quality. Two of the three pillows I ordered are headed for the trash, and now I need to find a pair of replacement pillows. I'm done hoping yet another of these pillows might be "just right."
