I make chocolate cookie bars on this cookie sheet and it’s nonstick qualities are exactly what I need for this type of cookie. I also like the extra large size which gives us extra cookies.

It's a nice cookie sheet and nice size, but the product description says it is dishwasher safe. The packaging care instructions say that you can wash in the dishwasher, but shouldn't. They recommend hand wash.

My grandson ruined my older jelly-roll pan so I needed a replacement. I am very pleased with Chicago Metallic and I will buy this brand again if I need to replace something.

I love the pan and have used it every day for one thing or another. The only thing I would note is you should use two hands to take out the hot pan from the oven if it is full. It is a bit heavier than other pans this size. I think that is why it does not bend when it gets hot and makes it sturdier. The note in with the pan states you should not use packet type dishwasher tablets as they can damage the pans. Liquid dish washer soap in the dishwasher or hand washing is fine. It is super easy to clean. I found this particular pan through recommendations on several chef sites, so; since the price is so reasonable I thought to order a couple of these pans. I will probably order some more of their products and replace some worn pans.
