Overall - a good deal and I use this almost every day
The metal rings eventually popped free of their casing, but that could be due to tightening the resistance screw too tight. It still works - it just makes a little noise now. I think I can remove or reattach the metal rings, but I haven't tried that yet. Overall - a good deal and I use this almost every day.
