Okay - I have a wide foot, so I did as some other reviewers stated and ordered a size up from my "normal" size. Since I normally wear a 10 wide, I ordered a size 11, and they are PERFECT. The crisscross straps, while not elastic, have the perfect amount of stretch, and they are very flattering; they don't make my feet look like sausages busting out of their casing (gross). I've only had these shoes for 3 days, and I've worn them for the past 3 days...I love them that much! Now, the cons for the neutral/nude color is that they do get dirty fast (learned that by walking on grass), so I'd suggest you spray them with ScotchGuard or something similar, and find a suede cleaner you can use - especially on the heels. These are "high" heels, but they are chunky, so they are very comfortable to walk in (and I'm saying this as a plus-sized woman who's had a broken ankle!). In addition to being comfortable, they are also "lite sounding" if that makes sense...meaning, I don't sound like a Clydesdale walking down the sidewalk!

Pleasantly surprised! I have pretty wide feet and I was expecting them to be too narrow but they fit me! The wide elastic bands are not tight on my foot and the color of the elastic matches the color of the faux suede perfectly! I’m thrilled to find a wide band dressy shoe so those of us with wide feet aren’t forced to wear shoes where our feet look like stuffed sausages inside a shoe. The shoes are a little brighter red than expected. They’re not going to match the deep red dress I bought them to go with. But, the comfy fit along with the chunky (stable) heel, the rubber soles and the reasonable price make them a winner! I’ll look for this brand of shoe from now on!

these shoes are true to the pictures shown, i feel like they can really be dressed up or down! they’re stylish and cute and seem comfortable. i’m always a size 7 in shoes - the size i ordered and they were so big on me. they also seem like they would fit a wider foot better, if you have slim feet the straps at the top will be too big. i would need an entire size down. unfortunately have to return because of it

I would love to give these 5 stars because of the comfort of the straps, durability and color. I live a strapping sandal but have chubby feet and leather straps get to be too tight after a while, so the elastic on these is perfect. The toe strap is not elastic but has a little bit of give to it. The problem o have is the seam from the insole to the toe. That seam cut into my feet so bad that after being in them and walking for about 10 minutes I was ready to take them off. Value for the money I guess but now I’ll have to buy some insoles to wear these again. You get what you pay for.

These are super comfortable and look great! They do run a little large, I would size down 1/2 size.

Cute, fit well but after only 3 hours wearing at an event, my feet hurt!!I took too long to wear/tryout before deadline to return, which is a total bummer. Don’t know that I’ll donate these brand new shoes or burn them!!! My. Feet. Hurt. Soooo, bad. 😆
