SakkasAllie Stonewashed Embroidered Adjustable Spaghetti Straps Long Dress

I am 5'6" 163lb, 38C. I bought a S/M in the Navy color. This dress hits me about mid to lower shin. Its nicely made and feels comfortable. Has adjustable straps and the center of the bodice is somewhat adjustable. If your any larger busted then me I'm not sure this is the dress for you. This fits me perfectly but I think you're going to be showing off your assets if you're any larger cup size then I am. Highly recommend and would/will be ordering this dress again.

I have been looking for a replacement for my over worn summer maxi dress which developed holes from overuse so I purchased two Sakkas dresses, this one and another "batik" style dress with a handkerchief hem line. I generally prefer all-one-length hemlines to up-and-down styles so I thought for sure I was going to prefer this dress but I actually like the other one much better. It is just way more flattering on me. This one is nice and the material is very heavy. It is well made. It just looked kind of blah on me. I got the red and the color is very deep, almost more of a burgundy. The neckline is very modest on this one which was overkill for me as I am not large breasted. All in all, the other one just had a lighter and more airy feel and seemed better for summer.

Dress is beautiful!I'm 5'7" and 160 lb, usually wear 8-10, and a small/ medium fits great. I'm trying to lose 15 lbs and with the ties in the back to tighten it, t should still fit after. It's the perfect length as well.It's a good quality. Fabric has some weight and isn't thin. The purple is a nice vibrant color.Overall I'm really happy I bought it!

I had pretty high hopes for this dress based on some of the other reviews. I am 5'8", size 20, 42DDD. The 1/2X fit everywhere but the bust. I was either squished out the bottom of the bodice or pouring out over the top. I also want to note that the while the straps are adjustable, and that helped a bit, the adjuster brackets (?) that slide, like on a bra strap, are plastic and look pretty flimsy. When I slid them down they also left a white spot on the strap meaning they dye the fabric after manufacture, which seems odd to me. Sad, had to return.

I have three Sakkas dresses, and I love them. I bought them to wear during really hot weather (usually I just wear jeans). I'm a pretty standard size small, under 5'3", and they fit me wonderfully. I also like that they have a lot of flexibility so that if, not when, I put on extra pounds I can still wear them. I have them in chocolate, burgundy and green, and even though I don't know about the lighter colors, these conceal well while still letting through a cool breeze. I have found them to be very well made, especially for the price. The fabric is a very soft cotton and between that and the lovely decorative stitching I plan to always hand wash and air dry them. I would definitely buy them all again and I highly recommend them.

This dress is gorgeous. I have one concern. On my second washing I have found several areas where the material on the seams has frayed. At this time the integrity of the seams is ok, but I am concerned what condition the seams will be in the next time. Thankfully, the seams have been double stitched which provides an extra layer of seam security, but I will be seriously disappointed if the next cleaning results in separation of the seams so that I no longer can wear this dress.

I really like this dress. It is flattering and elegant. It looks and feels great even 110 degree weather. My only trouble was that I ordered a black dress but recieved a turquoise one. Thanks to Amazons excellent customer service the problem was quickly remedied.

a cute dress. I am 5'7" 180lbs 38C chest. I had to order this size after ordering one that was too small for my liking. the one I received isn't as long as the picture. it covers about 3/4 of my calf. the straps are adjustable so I can change the amount of visible cleavage. I show none. i don't like tight fitting clothes. i'm in between Large and XL so it's not always easy to know which size to get. the refund and re purchase was seamless.

I'm 5'5" size 14 UK and 38 DD and bought the xl/xxl and it looks very flattering. Lovely feel to it.

Beautiful, flowing dress in a gorgeous, rich, purple. Just a tad tight on the bust for me personally and a little too short for a maxi dress (I'm 5ft 7) it comes well above the ankle, more like mid-calf. Otherwise, perfect

Das Kleid ist wunderschön, die blaue Farbe sehr hübsch und kräftig. Die schillernden Bestickungen an dem Kleid sehr edel. Es fällt leicht und locker und sehr gut. Der Stoff ist hochwertig und nicht zu dünn. Passform ist gut. Schnitt ist auch gut. Ich habe mich für ein anderes Sakkas Kleid entschieden, weil mir Blau doch nicht so steht und der Schnitt des anderen Kleides für mich optimaler war.

Sehr angenehmer, weicher Stoff in schöner Färbung. Das Kleid fällt fließend, ist sehr bequem zu tragen und auch für Peronen bei 1.65 m Körpergröße sowohl mit flachen als auch hohen Schuhen tragbar, ohne dass man auf den Saum tritt. Für Tanzbegeisterte dürfte interessant sein, dass der Rock von der Empiretaille ab glockig weit ausfällt - perfekt zum Tanzen, und zwar auch Ballett.Da ich diese Kleider nun in mehreren Farben und Längen gekauft habe, kann ich sagen, dass Verarbeitung und Färbung bei jedem Stück wunderbar sind. Auch die Kombimöglichkeit mit T-Shirt drunter ist drin, sodass das Kleid nicht nur im Sommer infrage kommt.
