This book is good for any age not just kids. Zentangles are relaxing and satisfying. Even kids who don't do art will do these.

So pleased with this instruction book. Zentangle is an art form that I have introduced to my 10 year old A.D.H.D. grandchild. The instructions are simple and the child can see almost instant results for their art work. It's easy for her to focus for the short amount of time it takes to create a piece of art. A +++ for this book!

Very well done book. I had one experience with 2 granddaughters and they were not interested. But I like it and I have other grandchildren to explain this to. Will take it on vacation and see what happens with kids.

I used this book to teach my granddaughters how to Zentangle. They picked it up immediately and grab the book every time they come to my house. However, I use it too and showed it to my friend who teaches how to Zentangle. She was very impressed!

Great activity for a cold day! Like the step by step directions for some designs

After pre-reading this book for my grand daughter;) I discovered I LOVE this book. It's a mesmerizing drawing workbook: for 5 minutes or 50 minutes. Author Jane Marbaix is a skillful artist-teacher building on simple drawing techniques, then gently guides the novice or artist to "try" more advanced activities. Marbaix’s colorful and highly skilled examples encourages you to reach ahead in the book to "try" new techniques. My granddaughter loves the animal nature theme of ZENTANGLE for KIDS book and is making beautiful cards with her new ZENtangle designs. Entertaining for all ages. Great gift book. (Add watercolor pencils/markers and multi media sketch book). Definitely buying more books from Jane Marbaix.

This is a great book! The pages are beautifully layed out, instructions are easy to follow, and the pages are made out of a high quality paper that is a treat to write on. I have purchased a few of them now as gifts and for myself. Everyone I have given it to loves it as well. This is the most fun and eye pleasing Zentangle workbook I have found. Additionally, it has many more pages than that series of workbooks I have seen for Zentangle. I highly recommend this book.

Acheté pour ma petite fille, je l'ai utilisé avant de lui donner. Beaucoup mieux fait que les ouvrages pour adultes que j'ai acheté récemment. J'aurais cependant préféré une version française.

this book was lovely and ideal for the person/child i had brought it for,instructive and also some lovely design.

I bought two of these for my kids for a travel weekend. They really enjoyed doing it and it inspired me to want to try also! Fun and challenging.

Very good, but better for older kids I think, not an 8 year old.
