Absolutely 5*****!!!!You MUST do a few easy steps BEFORE you put on your mattress. Do not just get it out of the packaging at bedtime and throw it on the bed, assuming that is fine. First thing to know is this item is vacuum packed. Making the package smaller and easier for the dispatch. Best thing to do is give it a good good shake during the day and lay it flat on the bed (with windows open if you have no outside space) or outside in sunshine in a garden for a few hours.. it needs to be left for a couple of hours at least to find it’s shape. Over the first week I would shake it and air it on the end of the bed frame every morning. The amazing thing is it is totally reversible too. So good to keep giving it an airing and turn (very light) and you will find that the thickness and surface will fill out to the correct measurements within a few days. Ok, so I’ve got that out the way. I was staying at a friends house for a few weeks and although the bed was ‘ok’ comfortable it wasn’t great and I kept waking up and turning.. Did loads of ‘middle of the night Amazon research’ and with the reviews and superb price I can only say this changed my life! So much so, that I left the topper with my friend and bought a new one for my own bed when I returned home. I cannot explain how good this is. The filling/the ease of use/cotton quality/corner straps and the almost cocoon like feeling. I’m not sure how much more I can recommend this.. DO NOT waste money on the flimsy ‘mattress covers that disguise them self as ‘toppers’ they do absolutely nothing. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, get it, follow the steps, sleep one night with it and you will know exactly what I mean. I’ve now bought one for every bed in the house.. for guests et al. It’s so so so pleasing when you get a fabulous Amazon product. Clearly from a company doing exactly what is says on the tin. I hope the manufacturing part of this business realise they have an exceptionally well made item with outstanding quality control being constructed by skilful staff in their factory. High praise indeed!

This is the best mattress topper I have ever bought - and there have been a few wafer thin offerings tried over the years. This is a decent thickness, good size so it fits double bed perfectly. No more waking with aching hip or arms. I love this topper

When I originally saw it was 4 inches thick, I was excited but skeptical. I needed something thick to overlay what is an already very thin mattress.Sadly, I feel the product is designed to be accurate whilst also being extremely misleading.Technically? Yes, it IS 4 inches. But only due to a padded exterior (which by the way is filled with basically fluff). The majority of the topper, which you'll likely be using, is not thick in the slightest. I can rub my fingers together through the material for crying out loud.However, that bring said, the general plumpness of the material, while barely making any difference, does make my bed feel a little more comfortable. And I can't fault the price nor the packaging. It was well packed, the build quality is actually pretty decent, and it's very cheap and affordable.If you need something affordable and want to make a bed a bit more comfortable, I recommend it. If you absolutely desire and require actual thickness that'll hold its firmness? Then look elsewhere.

I honestly could not imagine this could be as effective as it is considering it is not rigid like some toppers are. I am able to have a single size on my double bed just for me so the husband doesn’t have to compromise on a more firm mattress, but I get the softness and support for my shoulders and hips that I require. I have since bought a second for our caravan mattress, recommend this to my dad for his arthritis, and am getting one each for both my children because they say how cozy my bed is when they get in for cuddles or to watch a film. Absolutely brilliant and really good value for money. Also it hasn’t flattened after nearly 5 months and I think it will wash ok.

Adds relief to areas which you need,it needs a shake every week to give volume back,and easy to wash

Although I really like the good thickness of this topper, I was worried when I read the reviews and I’m a bit picky when it comes to comfort, it really is comfy. However I put it on my bed earlier today and thought it’s to small, never mind I ordered the wrong size so it’s my own fault 🙄. My partner came in from work and fished the packaging out the bin and to my surprise it says king size, no way is this a king size it’s a double… how I know ? I tried it on my daughter’s bed and it fits perfectly which is a pity because it really is a decent topper.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this 'topper' did the trick, so comfy and perfect for me. I had the best nights' sleep for ages, I am a big fanboy of this item
